Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be longer.
We ship using the carrier options displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation (including "Delivered" scans) are considered proof of delivery and fulfillment. After an order is marked delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, it may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package:
